The conference proceedings are being finalized with processing of manuscript proofs and assignment of digital object identifiers. These proceedings will be available for download later this month. Conference registrants will be emailed with a link to download when complete.

Workshop 4: Sustainability of Cement and Concrete Materials (Sponsored by FHWA) was originally scheduled for Tuesday in Conference Hall B from 9:00am to 12:45pm EDT. This will now be hosted using the Microsoft TEAMS Platform at the same time.
